Hi Brandon,

I understand from my experience that a plateau, either in running or in your website, is not necessarily a bad thing. In fact is is often during a plateau that we gain momentum and soon after make great gains. So, I am happy that you are taking a rest to revitalize and I have total confidence in you. You are succeeding!

I actually bought a domain name and started coding a page for right now, not really trying to copy your site but its a great idea and I think im going to make it work for me. I’m doing mine as a get out of debt site, but what im doing is documenting donations and showing it is going towards bills and stuff, so I can stop living paycheck to paycheck.

plus after I get out of debt from my site im going to oversee the page and hand the funds to a random donator after I have paid my debt. A sort of pay it forward thing.

Hi Brandon, that is great that you are getting so many people writing about and commenting on your site in blogs and forums. I sure that is a real contributing factor to your Alexa ranking being so good right now. That is awesome! I have commented on your blog as well on my blog in several posts. Today has been a bit of a disappointing day for me in terms of my blog, because it seems to have been taken off the Google Search Index for some reason. if you assume constant growth then yes it would take 5 years. However the site isn’t growing at a constant rate. the site only broke $1,000 in September. So the first 3 months the site made $1,000 the second 3 months the site made $11,000. Now at THAT rate the site should make over $100,000 over the next 3 months.

Brandon - your site is good but its been over 6 months and you have made $12,000? Thats nothing.

To make a million would take you 5 years. At this rate advertisers will lose interest.
