External Hemorrhoid Treatment
What is an external hemorrhoid? It's an inflamed or irritated vein that is located on the outside of the anal opening. The location is what determines if your hemorrhoid is external or internal.
There are several causes that lead to the factors that leads to the causes of external hemorrhoids. Constipation is the most common one. If you are constipated and straining to move stool, if you unable to cleanse waste out of your bowels, that adds a lot of pressure to your veins, which leads to hemorrhoids.
Poor blood circulation is another cause. If your blood isn't circulating properly you're not circulating the waste out of your system, then it leads to developing waste on the inside of your veins, which builds up and causes them to not work properly. If you're not circulating properly, you're not getting the nutrition and oxygen throughout your body that you need. Therefore you become someone with weakened veins.
Weakened veins could be hereditary or several other reasons which can lead to external hemorrhoids. Inflammation is also a factor in external hemorrhoids that needs to be addressed. Along with lack of nutrition. If your body is not receiving the proper amount of nutrition it can't heal itself.
So how do you treat it? There is a common misconception that external hemorrhoids have to be treated externally, using something like an ointment or a cream. Instead they should be treated internally, because you need to get to the root of the problem, and the root of the problem is inside your body, where your blood isn't circulating properly, your veins are weak, or your nutrition isn't good. They need to be treated internally. Once you're healed internally, your outside will be healed as well. When people choose external treatment like ointments or creams, they're really just treating the symptoms by numbing the pain. This is a short term treatment that won't give long term benefits. Look for something that can treat you internally and get to the root of the problem.
An external hemorrhoid treatment that you take internally should give you relief. Witch hazel is a natural herb and a soothing anti inflammatory. You should get a treatment that strengthens your circulatory system. You will want one that cleanses your bowels. Ginger and Cayenne are two wonderful natural cleansers for your entire body, blood and bowels, and can help you get on your way to being hemorrhoid free.
